Locations: We ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories.

Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Hawaii & Alaska: Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require an additional delivery charge. To receive a shipping quote before placing your order, please contact us at contact@furiafurniture.com.
Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Schedule: Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 12:00 PM EST through Sunday, or on holidays.

High Volume: During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States via FedEx or UPS.
Note: Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Furia Furniture is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees applied to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Furia Furniture is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping.

Claims: If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Evidence: Please save all packaging materials and damaged items, as the carrier may require them during the claims process.

Missing Shipments: If tracking indicates an order was "Delivered" but you have not received it, contact us at contact@furiafurniture.com. While we are not responsible for these packages, we may assist you in filing a claim. Please allow up to 21 days for the carrier’s investigation.
