30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must not be a final sale item
  • The item must be in good condition after normal use (no significant damage, stains, or odors)
  • All original components and accessories must be included
  • The item must be securely repackaged for return shipping
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Packaging Requirement (Important)

Due to the size of our furniture, original packaging is required for standard returns.

We strongly recommend keeping all packaging during the 30-day return period to ensure a smooth return process.

If original packaging is unavailable, return approval is not guaranteed, but our team may review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Before Opening All Boxes

Many of our products ship in multiple boxes.

We recommend opening one box first to ensure the item fits your space and expectations.
If you believe a return may be needed, please contact us before opening additional boxes and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@furiafurniture.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in good condition and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
